Return:

However, in the rarest of the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return the product or item, feel free to reach out to us and we will be glad to assist you in the process of returns and refunds. Once you receive an order, you can return the same within 14 business days from the date you received it. After 14 business days from the date of the delivery, the order shall not be eligible for returns and refunds. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the original condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must be unused. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You must provide a valid reason for returning the item. In case you receive a damaged product, you shall email us a photo or video evidence of the damaged or defective product. Any item that is not in an original condition as delivered without any errors on our end, shall not be eligible for returns and refunds. Final sales are non-returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, or has serious issues. We will bear the shipping costs for returning the products if there is an error or mistake from our end.
Refunds:
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you through email that we have received your returned item. Please allow us some time for an in-depth inspection of your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Inspection will involve checking whether you have fulfilled all the conditions for returning the item. If your return is approved to be eligible for a refund after the inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and you will receive the refund amount within 7 to 10 working days or the standard time taken by the banking institution.
Exchanges:
At this time, an exchange will only be provided if the product you receive is damaged or not according to the details of the customer order.
